Putin Give Russia Highest State Award To Shi Xinping

Russian President Vladimir Putin has given China President Xi Jinping the highest state award Order of St. Andrew. The award ceremony is held at the Grand Kremlin Palace. There are talks between the two leaders there.

During Putin speech, Xi Jinping was described as his favorite friend and said, "This award is recognition of Russia for your special contribution to the development of integrated partnership and strategic cooperation between our two countries." The Russian leader also said Xi is interested in Russia and Russia for mutual benefit. Continually support close cooperation between China.

Putin mentions that in 2013, Xi visits Russia as President of China. And this was his first foreign trip. Putin said, 'Since then, a partnership between Russia and China has gradually strengthened and it continues. The Russian leader emphasized on the cooperation of Xi Jinping in the important projects of bilateral commercial, financial, military and humanitarian sectors. Relations between our two countries carries significant meaning in the international arena.
